6. BOOKINGS, CONSULTATIONS, AND FREE RESOURCES
Scheduling a Health Check consultation or accessing free resources (ROI Calculator, Sample Intake Form, Sample Dashboard) through the Site does not create a client engagement or contractual relationship. A formal engagement begins only upon execution of a separate services agreement between you and SourcePro Consultants LLC.
Consultation availability is subject to scheduling capacity. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a booking at our discretion. No outcome, result, or return on investment is guaranteed from a consultation, diagnostic, or any Service.
7. MARKETING AND SMS/TEXT MESSAGING CONSENT
By submitting any form on the Site that requests your email address or phone number, you consent to receive marketing communications from SourcePro Consultants LLC via email and, where you provide a phone number and opt in, via SMS/text message, as described in our Privacy Policy. Providing your contact information to access a free resource (e.g., the CRM ROI Calculator or Sample Law Firm Intake Form) or to subscribe to our newsletter constitutes your consent to receive related marketing communications, subject to your right to opt out at any time.
9. JOB APPLICATIONS
Submissions through our "Join the Team" form are applications for potential employment or contractor opportunities with SourcePro Consultants LLC. Submission does not guarantee an interview, offer, or employment of any kind. Application information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOURCEPRO CONSULTANTS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SourcePro Consultants LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia, unless otherwise resolved informally as described below.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at info@sourceproconsultants.com to attempt informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as permitted under Georgia law.
16. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our business or other users.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
