SourcePro Consultants LLC ("SourcePro Consultants," "SPC," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit sourceproconsultants.com, our related subdomains and landing pages (including but not limited to funnel.legalflowpro.com, info.legalflowpro.com, and sbb.sourceproconsultants.com), or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Site" or "Services").

By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

A. Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you voluntarily submit through forms, tools, and communications on the Site, including:

• Contact and booking forms (Health Check consultation booking, Contact form)
• Free resource tools (CRM ROI Calculator, Sample Law Firm Intake Form, Sample Law Firm Dashboard)
• Newsletter signup
• Testimonials you submit through the "Share Your Experience" form (see Part D below)
• "Join the Team" career applications
• Live chat widget conversations
• Email or phone correspondence with our team

This may include: your name, email address, phone number, company/firm name, job title, practice area, firm size, and any message content or resume/application materials you submit.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies, including:

• IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages viewed, time spent on pages, referring/exit pages, and click behavior
• General geographic location (derived from IP address)

C. Sources of Automatic Collection

• Google Analytics (Measurement ID: G-V8GFHB0PGB) — site traffic and behavior analytics
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel (Pixel ID: 2014481582026549) — ad performance and retargeting
• LeadConnector/GoHighLevel live chat widget — chat interactions and associated contact data
• Any additional analytics tag in use on associated marketing pages

D. Testimonials You Submit

If you send us a testimonial through the "Share Your Experience" form, we collect what you enter: your name, job title, and firm; the services you tell us we provided; your review; the time you submitted it; and your confirmation that we may publish it. You may also give us an email address, a LinkedIn profile or company page link, a photo or logo, and a link to a video hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom. Each of those is optional.

• Nothing is published until we approve it. A submission is private until a member of our team has read and approved it.
• What we publish once approved: your review, name, job title, and firm, and, if you gave them, your LinkedIn link and your photo or logo. Your review may appear on the pages of the services you selected.
• What we do not publish: your email address, which we use to contact you about your submission and to verify it, and your video link. We will ask you before featuring a video anywhere.
• Photos and logos: we resize the image you upload and remove the camera and location information stored inside it. We keep only the resized copy, on our own servers.
• Notifications and our CRM: when you submit a testimonial, we are notified through our CRM and email provider, GoHighLevel. That notice includes your name, job title, firm, email address, and review, and your name, firm, and email address are stored there as a contact record. Submitting a testimonial does not subscribe you to our marketing emails.
• Removal: you can ask us at any time to remove your testimonial. Email [email protected] with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. Copies already stored by search engines or other websites may remain until they refresh.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations
• Deliver requested resources (e.g., ROI calculator results, sample intake form, sample dashboard access)
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Site and our services
• Send marketing communications, including our newsletter, service updates, and promotional content, where you have opted in
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and account-related notices
• Send SMS/text messages where you have provided consent (see Section 4)
• Evaluate job applications submitted through our "Join the Team" form
• Review testimonials you submit and, only after we approve them, publish them on the Site (see Section 2, Part D)
• Analyze Site traffic and user behavior to improve content and user experience
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights

4. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM

If you provide your mobile phone number through any form on the Site (including but not limited to the Health Check booking form, Contact form, Newsletter signup, or Join the Team application) and opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from SourcePro Consultants LLC, including:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Marketing and promotional messages about our services, content, and offers
• Account or inquiry-related notifications

Terms of the SMS Program:

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may reply HELP for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• By submitting a form that includes a mobile phone number and checking any applicable consent box, you affirm you are the account holder for that number or have the account holder's permission.

5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and functional cookies used by our booking/CRM platform) to:

• Understand how visitors use the Site
• Measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns
• Improve Site performance and user experience

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain Site functionality (e.g., booking widgets, chat widget, form submissions). If you are located in a jurisdiction requiring cookie consent (e.g., EU/UK visitors), a cookie consent mechanism should be implemented before this policy goes live — flagging for Site build.

6. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including GoHighLevel (CRM, booking, chat widget, SMS/email delivery), Google (Analytics), Meta (advertising/pixel), and other operational vendors, each bound to use your data only to provide services to us
• The public, but only for a testimonial you chose to submit and we approved for publication (see Section 2, Part D)
• Legal and safety purposes — to comply with law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights, property, or safety of SourcePro Consultants, our clients, or others
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 8). We keep a testimonial you submit until you ask us to remove it.

• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of marketing communications (email: unsubscribe link in any marketing email; SMS: reply STOP)

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion, subject to applicable exceptions. We do not sell personal information as defined under CCPA.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and client/partner resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
