Legal Operations & Technology Implementation

Law firm systems built on workflow design first

Your firm has the software. What's missing is the operational design that makes it work. Built for firms done patching problems with more software.

No pressure, no sales pitch — just operational clarity.

Why law firms buy software that doesn't fix the problem

The software was never the problem — the workflow design behind it was, which is why SourcePro Consultants designs a law firm's operational architecture before touching any CRM or case management platform.

  • Intake leads fall through with no assigned owner
  • Case stages get set up with default templates, not your firm's actual workflow
  • Staff got one walkthrough and nothing since
  • Reports don't connect to the questions partners actually ask

The software was never the problem. The workflow design behind it was.

About Your Consultant

Built by someone who has worked inside law firms

I didn't start my career building software. I started it as a litigation paralegal and operations manager. For 15+ years, I managed intake queues, coordinated discovery, tracked deadlines, and built the operational workflows that kept firms moving.

The operational systems SPC designs are built by someone who has worked the intake desk, managed the case files, and seen firsthand what breaks when the workflow design is wrong.

Frequently asked questions

The first step is the Health Check

We don't take on projects unless we know we can solve the problem. The diagnostic call is where we figure that out. We'll map your current workflow, find the leak, and tell you exactly what system needs to be built to fix it.

No pressure. No sales pitch. Just operational clarity.
