We are a U.S.-based consulting company working with law firms and service-based businesses. We build backend systems, automation, and workflows.

This is a contractor role. Project-based until skills are proven.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and configure GHL pipelines, stages, and contact structures
• Create forms, calendars, and intake workflows
• Set up email/SMS automations and follow-up sequences
• Manage tags, custom fields, and data organization
• Maintain CRM data hygiene
• Execute builds from SOPs and documented instructions
• Update task notes and progress inside ClickUp

WHAT YOU MUST KNOW

• GoHighLevel (hands-on — not tutorial level)
• Workflow trigger/action logic
• Form and calendar configuration

NICE TO HAVE

• GHL Certified Admin badge
• GHL AI tools experience

YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF

• You have never built a pipeline from scratch
• You cannot explain trigger/action logic
• You have no portfolio or screenshots of past builds
